Police records
Copies of police reports, accident reports, and other records are available through the Records division. Some records are available online; others require an in-person or written request.
How to request records
Submit a records request in person at Police headquarters (100 N. Parker Drive), by mail, or through the City's online forms. Include your name, contact information, the date and type of incident, and any case numbers you have.
Fees
Fees for records copies are set by state statute and city ordinance. Contact the Records division at (608) 755-3100 for current fees.
