City Council Regular Meeting
The City Council meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 PM. The seven-member Council and Council President govern under a Council-Manager form of government in place since 1923.
Plan Commission Meeting
The Plan Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 5:30 PM. Reviews zoning applications, conditional use permits, subdivision plats, site plans, and comprehensive plan amendments.
Parks Advisory Committee Meeting
The Parks Advisory Committee meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM. Advises the City Council and Parks Division on park planning, facility improvements, programming, and trail development.
Transit Advisory Committee Meeting
The Transit Advisory Committee meets quarterly at 3:00 PM at the Transit Center. Reviews JTS ridership data, route performance, fare policies, and service improvement recommendations.
Board of Review
The Board of Review meets annually in May to hear property assessment objections. Property owners who disagree with their assessed value may file a formal objection.
Alcohol Licensing Committee Meeting
The Alcohol Licensing Committee meets as needed to review liquor license applications, renewals, and compliance matters. The committee makes recommendations to the City Council.
