Pavilion and facility reservations
How to reserve
Park pavilions, shelters, and athletic fields can be reserved through ActiveNet online or by calling Parks and Recreation at (608) 755-3025. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and open annually for the upcoming season.
Available facilities
Reservable facilities include park pavilions and shelters across the city, athletic fields for league and tournament use, and the Riverside Park Golf Course banquet room. Check the ActiveNet portal for facility details, availability, and pricing.
Reservation policies
A deposit may be required for large events. Alcohol permits may be required and must be arranged separately. All reserved areas must be left clean. Groups exceeding pavilion capacity should contact Parks and Recreation for large event planning assistance.
